We plan to achieve the following through different training interventions.Our training policy aims at :-
- Proper and full utilisation of the state-of-the-art technologies, work methods and work culture.
- Customer satisfaction – customer oriented attentions, responsibilities and tasks to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Upgrading of the quality standard - ISO 9001 and further certifications for quality and environment etc.
- We aim for atleast 1 to 2 days training once in two years to all our workmen including general workmen.
- We plan to provide 2 to 4 days training at least once in two years to all our officers.
